Members create brief personal profiles detailing their fitness goals, preferred timelines, and any physical limitations. 3. When you are ready to track your workout, you open the app, click the workout you want to do, prop the phone somewhere so the camera can see you, and execute the workout. The API woven in the GoalRaid app will be used to confirm workouts are done correctly.

4. Once all 50 workouts are completed, you will receive a QR code from the app that you can scan at the Raid Safe locker and your locker will open.
5. The subscription boxes are filled with gifts, samples, merch, gift cards, and things that are tailored to your interest.
6. The Raid safe locker will be replenished on a 2-week basis from completion of all workouts.
